| Introduction This brief has been inspired by the previous two challenges. In the last one you were asked to make a mosaic in black and white which will give you the maximum contrast possible in your work. Challenge 3 was on the use of complimentary colors – those which appear OPPOSITE each other on the color wheel. You are now being asked to use colors which are ANALOGOUS – those which appear right NEXT to each other on the color wheel. The Brief The related/analogous colors are the color segments showing on either side of the primary color. Varying the value and intensity of the colors is beneficial. |
